Founded in 2010 by Dr. Jennifer Orr, GirlTalk & Gynecology in Morehead City, provides women of all ages with personalized, compassionate care. Since our beginning, our staff and providers have gone out of their way to help patients feel comfortable and cared for. Our services are designed to not only help you improve and maintain your health, but give you an experience that is less like going to the doctor and more like visiting a spa. We are committed to developing a lasting, personal relationship with each patient and addressing her specific needs through every stage of life.

Our practice provides a wide range of women’s health services including gynecology, preconception counseling, menopause management, PMS and pelvic pain management, endometriosis, adolescent gynecology, hysteroscopy, weight management, and more.

Over the years, GirlTalk & Gynecology has grown to include Allison Nelson, DNP, FNP-BC, Susan Lorencz, FNP-C, and Megan Hughes, PA-C. Our entire staff will treat you with respect and will be attentive to your individual needs. Our goal is to provide every patient with a warm, welcoming, safe and comfortable environment where you can discuss your questions and concerns regarding your health.
